We’ve hosted nearly 1,000 birthday, retirement and holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies and receptions, workshops and classes and so much more. We love hosting events, and firmly believe all the great energy from events only makes the beer in the barrels taste better!

Want to reserve a space? Email us with as much of the below information as possible to events@barrelandbeam.com. We’ll answer and secure inquiries in the order they are received as of today. Please note it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response. Emails will be sent in the order received.

Capacity

  • Barrel Room only rental: Up to 100 guests

  • Mezzanine: 15–20 guests (note this pace is accessible by stairs  only)

  • Tasting Room: Best for 75–100 guests

  • Full Brewery Buyout: Up to 188 guests (includes all Tasting Room + Barrel Room + Mezzanine)

  • iPad and Spotify ad-free subscription for ad-free music on demand
  • Projector that is HDMI compatible
  • For hourly rentals: 1 hour of setup and cleanup time
  • For Barrel Room rentals: Option to reserve the evening before (5–10 PM) for $400

  • For Full Brewery Buyouts: The evening-before setup (5–10 PM) is included in your rental package

Linens

White linens are available for $10 each.


Accessibility

Yes — our facility is fully ADA accessible, including parking, restrooms, and entrances/exits. (Note: the Mezzanine is stair-access only.)


Children

Yes — families and children are welcome! Changing tables are available in both restrooms.


Cleanup

Hourly rentals include 1 hour for cleanup. For weddings or full buyouts, décor and extra items can be picked up the next day during open hours.


Prohibited Items

Please note, the following are not permitted:

  • Glitter

  • Confetti (including in balloons)

  • Feathers

  • Outside alcohol (per state law)


Deposit

A deposit is required to hold your date:

  • Weddings (Full Buyout or Barrel Room): $500

  • Hourly Rentals: $250

    Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date by mutual agreement.


Nonprofit Discounts

Yes! We offer discounted rates for qualifying nonprofits. Please email us details about your organization for pricing.


Hosting Classes

We often welcome community workshops and classes. If your event is open to the public, we may waive rental fees. This is evaluaged on a case by case basis.

Catering + Food

We don’t provide in-house catering, but we have excellent local partners we can recommend. You’re also welcome to bring in your own food.


Beverages

Outside beverages are not allowed per state law.

We offer beer, wine, mead, and cider, plus N/A options like cider, lemonade, coffee, and sparkling water.


Bar Options

We can customize your bar service to fit your budget:

  • Cash Bar: Guests purchase their own drinks

  • Hosted Tab: Set a spending limit (20% gratuity on hosted tab applies)

  • Timed Service: Host drinks for a set duration (20% gratuity on hosted tab applies)

  • Drink Tokens: A fun way to treat guests to a drink (we have drink tokens or bottle caps you can customize. 20% gratuity on hosted tab applies)

  • Select Drinks: Host specific beverages only (20% gratuity on hosted tab applies)


Setup + Timing

We do our best to accommodate early setup and late teardown. Additional fees may apply.


Weddings

Barrel Room Wedding includes:

  • Use of the Barrel Room (and guests are free to roam other spaces too)
  • Twelve 72" round tables

  • Four 6' rectangular tables

  • 100 white event chairs

  • Market lighting on barrels and ceiling

  • 1 hour setup/cleanup (additional time available)

  • Optional evening-before setup (5–10 PM) for $400

Full Brewery Buyout includes:

  • Reserved Tasting Room, Barrel Room, Mezzanine and beer gardens
  • Barrel Room access the night before for setup

  • Fifteen 72" round tables + four 6' rectangular tables

  • 120 white event chairs

  • Use of Tasting Room + Beer Gardens

  • Existing tables and chairs


Pricing

  • Barrel Room only, Non-Wedding: $250/hour
  • Barrel Room only, Wedding: $500/hour (5 hour minimum for receptions; ceremony only pricing can differ)
  • Mezzanine: $50/hour, two hour minimum
  • Tasting Room only: case by case basis; please email for pricing
  • Non-profit: please email events@barrelandbeam.com with information about your non-profit for pricing
  • Full Brewery Buyout: Up to 188 guests (includes all spaces): $6,000

Booking + Payment

To move forward, email events@barrelandbeam.com with your event details to request an invoice for your deposit, which officially locks in your date. 

We accept online payments by credit card or in-person payments by cash or check.

All balances, including alcohol, must be paid in full at the conclusion of your event (state law). Outstanding balances accrue a 2% daily fee.
