Here are five low ABV beers to try that balance complexity, taste, and flavor. 1. Grafted | 4.1% ABV

This all Michigan sourced grisette is made with Great Lakes Malts, including spelt and hops from MI Local Hops. Low acidity and medium-low funk, this light sipper is crisp and slightly tart, perfect for those seeking something refreshing and light without sacrificing depth.

Flavor Notes: Bright apple acidity, a hint of funk, and a dry, effervescent finish.

ABV: 4.1%, making it a mindful choice for Dry January.

2. Bucolic Brett Blueberry | 4.3% ABV

Grafted, our barrel aged grisette, was the base for this low ABV, low acidity, fruit ale. Expect a nice mingling of grainy malt, wild yeast and fruit. This unique brew showcases the rich, tangy sweetness of blueberries, masterfully paired with the complexities of Brettanomyces yeast. Barrel-aged, Bucolic Brett Blueberry is a vibrant and fruity beer with a sophisticated edge.

3. Bucolic Brett Blackberry | 4.3% ABV

Blackberry lovers, rejoice! Bucolic Brett Blackberry offers a beautifully balanced blend of sweet and tart blackberry flavors, enhanced by the signature farmhouse funk of Brett yeast. This brew is a perfect choice for those looking to explore fruit-forward beers with character.

ABV: 4.3% making it a light yet flavorful option.

4. Kriekette | 4.1% ABV

Cherries have always had a special place in Michigan's heart, but sour cherry is stealing the spotlight in 2025! It's been reported as a trending flavor this year, and with our Kriekette, why wait to celebrate? This aromatic, tart and crisp little ale was made with second use Montmorency Cherries. Oh, and it's 100% Michigan sourced too.

Flavor Notes: Expect medium-low funk and a nice tart pucker!

ABV: 4.1%, ideal for mindful enjoyment.

5. Noble | 4.3% ABV

Lager lovers, this one's for you! This 100% Michigan Sourced Lagerbier is made with Great Lakes Pilsener Malt, MILocal Hops Tettnanger and Triumph, and German Lager yeast. A month of lagering in barrels in our cellar makes this lager crisp, hoppy and refreshing. No funk or acidity. For those seeking something truly refined, Noble is an elegant beer that highlights the beauty of simplicity and quality ingredients.

Flavor Notes: Herbal hop bitterness, soft malt backbone, and a smooth, dry finish.

ABV: 4.3%, offering a sophisticated yet light choice.
