Partridge Creek Farm Receives Innovation Hub Award
A lot of folks ask about the word "Test" in our name - this announcement helps us explain one of our reasonings.
We have big goals to be more than a small deli restaurant one day. One route we hope to dive into helping find ways to safely and efficiently process local vegetables, not only allowing us to be able to serve more local food affordably, but to sell to area schools. This partnership will allow us to 'test' out our goal in a small way, and hopefully find ways to fill rely less on the seasonality of our area while also working to improve the quality of school meals in our community.
A big thanks to our partners and supporters in this grant, we can't wait to get started!
